This is the last full day we were in San Miguel de Allende. Jennifer was a little bit under the weather, therefore she stayed in the B&B.
The rest of us went to town again and grandkids had ice cream at Amorino which is rated by Tripadvisor as the best ice cream place in San Miguel de Allende.
Then, we strolled down to Casa de Cultura Banamex - Casa del Mayorazgo de la Canal to check out this place. It is an ornate baroque building with a tranquil courtyard, historical exhibits & fine art on display.
Then, we ran into an afternoon rain. Since kids want to go back to the B&B, we just followed them in the rain and went back. We were all soaking wet.
After rest, the rain stopped and Jeff decided to wandering around the town a little bit more. Later, Tony joined him in town center and strolled around the town. Then, they got some carryout dinner for us to eat in our B&B.
After dinner, we all started packing to be ready for tomorrow's early bus ride back to Mexico City.
